Van Dam Group

The Van Dam Group was started in 1979 by Arie Jan van Dam as a one-man business.

When son Gert-Jan van Dam and later son Martijn van Dam also started working for the company, developments took off quickly. The company  has since grown into a group of companies that are involved in the various disciplines in the veal sector. Among other things, the trading of newborn calves, starter calves, veal calves and other livestock and guiding veal farmers in fattening.

In 2021, all Dutch activities related to the trade in newborn calves, starter calves, veal calves and assisting veal farmers in fattening will become part of the VanDrie Group.
